How long will it take for my order to process?
All orders will be fulfilled as quickly as possible. Processing can take up to three business days.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders generally ship within 3-5 days of receipt of order. However, due to COVID-19, there may be some delays. After processing, orders will be shipped based on the shipping option selected at check out.
What shipping providers do you offer?
At check out, you will be able to select USPS or UPS.
Do you accept international orders?
At this time, due to a high number of fraudulent orders received internationally, we are only accepting orders from the U.S. and Canada via our online store. We apologize for the inconvenience.
I have not received my order, how can I track it?
You will receive a shipment confirmation email, with tracking information, for your reference once your order is shipped.
What is the return policy?
Refund requests must be received within 7 days of the date of delivery. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back. Items must be unworn and unwashed and returned within 14 days of refund request. Once the return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund. Does apparel run true to size?
